Online Application Process

Step 1: New Registration

Click "Click here for New Registration". Enter your name, mobile number, and email ID. A provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated — note these carefully.

Step 2: OTP Verification & Photo/Signature

Verify your email ID via OTP. Upload your passport-size photograph (20-50 KB) and signature (10-20 KB) as per the scan guidelines.

Step 3: Personal & Professional Details

Fill in your date of birth (eligibility as on 31.08.2026), category, qualification, total experience in your field, current employer details, and address.

Step 4: Preview Application

Review all entered information carefully. Use the Edit button to make corrections. Once you proceed, information cannot be changed.

Step 5: Upload Documents

Upload all required documents: Resume, ID Proof, Age Proof, Educational Qualification Certificate, Experience Certificate, and Caste/EWS/PwBD Certificate (if applicable).

Step 6: Final Submission

Submit your application. There is no application fee for this drive. Download and print your application form for reference. Last date to print: 20/09/2026.

Q: What is the application fee?

A: There is no application fee for this recruitment drive.

Q: What is the last date to apply?

A: 20th September 2026. Applications must be submitted online on or before this date.

Q: What posts are available and what qualifications do they need?

A: Four posts are available: Accounts Manager (CA/CA Intern/MBA Finance), Business Development Manager (MBA/BBA), IT Manager (BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/MSc CS-IT), and Company Secretary Manager (ACS/FCS). All posts are at Manager level on contract basis. Select your post first and the qualification dropdown will show the relevant options.

Q: Must I be currently employed to apply?

A: All posts in this drive are at Manager level only. A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience is required (2 years for CBI/CFSL subsidiary employees). For the IT Manager post, candidates must be currently employed as per the advertisement. For other posts, current employment is not mandatory but experience is required.

Q: What documents must I bring to the interview?

A: Resume, ID proof, Age proof, Educational qualification certificates, Experience certificate (if applicable), and Caste/EWS/PwBD certificate (if applicable) — originals + one set of self-attested copies.

Q: What if I cannot submit an experience certificate from my current employer?

A: You can submit both your Appointment/Offer Letter and latest Salary Slip as proof instead. You will need to submit the experience certificate at the time of joining if selected.

Q: How will I know if I am shortlisted?

A: Check the company website https://cbhfl.com/career.php. Call letters for interview will be sent by email only.

Q: Can I edit my application after submission?

A: Login with your Registration Number and Password to edit your application before the last date of 20/09/2026.

Q: What is the selection process?

A: Shortlisting followed by Interview. Interview carries 100 marks. No TA/DA is payable for attending the interview.

Q: Where will the post be located?

A: Mumbai.

• Process of registration is complete only when the application is submitted on or before 20th September 2026.
• Candidates must verify their eligibility before applying. Shortlisting is purely provisional without document verification.
• Candidates found ineligible at the interview stage will not be allowed to appear and will not get any refund.

• OBC candidates: Submit OBC certificate with Non-Creamy Layer clause issued between 01.04.2026 and the date of interview.
• EWS candidates: Must possess Income & Asset Certificate for FY2025-26 by the application closure date; otherwise apply under General category.
• Experience certificate, where applicable, must specifically mention experience relevant to the post applied for.
• If degree certificate does not specify specialization, submit a certificate from the University specifying it.
• Experience should be post-qualification relevant experience.
• Candidates must truthfully disclose disciplinary actions or criminal cases in the application.
• Company reserves the right to cancel/modify the recruitment at any stage.
